Terms and Conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Liinchpin Academy provides administrative assistance to clients during their recruitment process. Services include creating job advertisements, screening applicants, conducting initial video/phone interviews, and presenting candidate recommendations. We are not a traditional recruitment agency or labour hire company.
2. No Employment Responsibility
The client acknowledges that Liinchpin Academy is not the employer of any candidate. All employment decisions are made solely by the client. Any employment relationship, performance management, or other issues arising post-hire are the sole responsibility of the client.
3. Fees
The client agrees to pay the agreed service fee. This fee covers administration time, costs of advertising roles, screening applicants, interviewing shortlisted candidates, and presenting recommendations. All fees are payable irrespective of whether the client proceeds with hiring a candidate.
4. No Indemnity
Each party is responsible for its own actions and costs. Neither party indemnifies the other against any loss, cost, claim, or liability arising from the recruitment process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liinchpin Academy provides services with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee the suitability, performance, or conduct of any candidate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liinchpin Academy’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific recruitment assignment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the recruitment process.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

MEET KEELY WHITE
Keely White fuels growth. She has been instrumental in helping Australian business owners to bring quality structure and growth to their businesses. Keely is the Founder and CEO of Liinchpin, which specialises in systemising and scaling businesses and shaping high performance and harmonious teams.
Prior to Liinchpin, Keely also founded multiple 7 & 8 figure businesses - in construction, training, property and ecommerce - and has received business awards and high recognition in sales, operations and leadership.
The host of The Entrepreneur's Unconvention (voted top 3 event for business owners worldwide), sharing the stage with experts such as Australian entrepreneurs Mark Bouris, Michelle Bridges, Naomi Simpson, Glen Richards, Janine Ellis, Kikki K and fast growth businesses such as Hi Smile, Glasshouse Candles, Canva and Atlassian.
Keely is also a high-profile investor, having invested into companies spanning technology, finance, ecommerce, real estate, and agriculture.
Keely has personally trained, mentored and led thousands of entrepreneurs through 1:1 coaching or presenting more than 6,300 hours of workshops and keynotes. She has also worked with AFR Top 100 Companies, BRW Young Rich Listers and Fast Starter Recipients and multinational companies such as realestate.com.au, LinkedIn, Suncorp, Woolworths, and some of the world's leading entrepreneurs.
Keely most recently worked with the founders of Australian retail giant, Culture Kings, who debuted on the NY stock exchange after a landmark $600M deal, making it the biggest ever private sale in Australia’s retail and apparel sector.
She is soon to be launching The Entrepreneur's Campus, a sprawling resort-style homestead that hosts business and personal empowerment events all year round.
